This is nothing big or special. This is a simple release specially for the people who have been sending me private messages over YouTube about why my icons are different than theirs.
The answer is that they do not come from a stock rom for the Galaxy Y but I myself have leeched them off other roms such as the ones for Galaxy Ace, Galaxy S3, etc.
So to be clear:
Dialer icon - Taken off Galaxy S3
SMS/MMS icon - Taken off Galaxy Ace
Touchwiz icon - Taken off Galaxy Ace
Settings icon - Taken off Galaxy S3
