These mods are made by Ardroid-xda from xda-developers.
The first one is a rainbow-like statusbar.

Instructions:
- Download the zip file FlashableProjectButteRainbow.zip and put it on your sdcard.
- Boot into Recovery mode by holding Home button + Volume up + Power/Lock button at the same time.
- Select to install zip from sdcard
- Find FlashableProjectButteRainbow.zip and select it.
- After flashing is done, reboot the phone and enjoy your rainbow colored statusbar.
But that is not all, there is more. He has also made seperate colored status bars:
