Most Galaxy Young users these days seem to prefer the JellyBean look, but themed in TouchWiz. It truly does look beautiful and people are trying as much as they can to re-create that look for their old-styled gingerbread devices.

marcussmith2626 from xda-developers forums has recently created this JB 4.2.2 look-a-like notification screen.

It is possible that the system files you are about to flash may not be compatible with your current rom, so be sure to create a nandroid backup before doing this! GalaxyYArchive and the developers will not be responsible for your foolishness, take this warning seriously or you will end up losing data if no backup was made.

Installation:

1. Download the zip file to your sdcard
2. Boot into CWM Recovery
3. Go to mounts and storage -> mount /system
4. Go back, choose to istall zip from sdcard
5. Then choose the option "choose zip from sdcard"
6. Now locate the mod zip file and select it
7. Choose Yes when asked to confirm
8. After installation is complete, go back, choose reboot system now
