Another Icon Pack i've Searched at xda-developers. frooztreited of xda-Developers made an Icon Pack for Galaxy Y to become a look-a-like of icons of CyanogenMod.
Downloads:
- Cyanogen Icon Pack:

Instructions:
- Download the CyanogenIconPack.zip
- Put it on your SD Card
- Turn off your phone
- Go to ClockworkMod Recovery
- Mount System
- Flash the CyanogenIconPack.zip
- Finally Reboot System Now.
- Enjoy the Cyanogen Icon Pack~
