Simplicity is a rom ported from the Samsung Galaxy Ace. From the looks of it, both marcussmith2626 and tom411 from xda-developers seem to be tweaking it.
The rom consists of a mixture look of more expensive Samsung Galaxy phones. We've got a very beautiful Settings app, a changed notifications screen with a lot of toggles, extended power menu, and much much more, all of that keeping the simple Samsung stock look. This rom is a must for stock lovers.

Instructions:
- Boot into recovery mode, then flash CWM recovery if you have stock integrated
- Wipe data and cache
- Go to mounts and storage and be sure to mount everything you can
- Go back, choose to install zip from sdcard
- Select the rom zip file, choose Yes when asked
- After installation is complete, go back and reboot the phone
- Once the phone starts up, boot into Recovery mode again and flash the Status Bar Mod zip file (no need for data/cache wipes)
- Reboot and enjoy

There is a possibility WiFi may not work. If so, try flashing the drivers according to your kernel from this post.
