Simplicity is a rom ported from the Samsung Galaxy Ace. From the looks of it, both marcussmith2626 and tom411 from xda-developers seem to be tweaking it.
The rom consists of a mixture look of more expensive Samsung Galaxy phones. We've got a very beautiful Settings app, a changed notifications screen with a lot of toggles, extended power menu, and much much more, all of that keeping the simple Samsung stock look. This rom is a must for stock lovers.

1. Boot into recovery mode, then flash CWM recovery if you have stock integrated
2. Wipe data and cache
3. Go to mounts and storage and be sure to mount everything you can
4. Go back, choose to install zip from sdcard
5. Select the rom zip file, choose Yes when asked
6. After installation is complete, go back and reboot the phone
7. Once the phone starts up, boot into Recovery mode again and flash the Status Bar Mod zip file (no need for data/cache wipes)
8. Reboot and enjoy
